AYJ Entertainment is a turn-key government contractor, we are an event consultant service who can also create an entertainment package program within an allocated budget, we can produce a platform of  event managed programs, music & theater productions, community cultural events, women empowerment programs, military & veteran projects and visual arts & animations exhibitions. We were awarded a professional service  contract as the Clayton County Ga Flint River Community Center Black Box Theater Managing Company 2021-22.

 As a professional event & entertainment leader, Avis is a managing board member of NABFEME, the National Association Black Female Executive in Music & Entertainment. Her expertise with managing government facilities and coordinating weddings, social events, community city galas, concerts production is a staple of her background. Her talent for computer aided designed programming for event layouts and strategic logistical documents for city-wide events, private social spaces at facilities, allows all involved to follow the design of an event while assuring everyone is on the same page. She has worked closely with state &  local city officials, managers, and directors as well as sit on community boards such as a committee of city event planners, with direct access to promoters, producers, international performers, actors, organizations securing talent for concerts within the south metro cities.
